Hi, I’m Julius and I am a fully qualified Level 3 REPS (Register of Excercise Professionals) Personal Trainer in Enfield, North London.
My mission is to help as many people as possible enjoy exercise, have fun and achieve their health and fitness goals by ‘Sweating With A Smile’.
I offer 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions which will include bespoke training plans, nutrition plans, body stat analysis, plus all the support and motivation you need to stay on track. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, increase muscle strength or just improve your overall health and fitness levels, we will work together to achieve your goals whilst you have fun throughout your fitness journey.
I also offer Group Personal Training sessions at PureGym, Enfield which include Boxing, HIIT, Back Day, Chest Day , Upper Body and Cardio and Abs.These are excellent workouts that will improve your strength, stamina, and co-ordination. Other benefits include helping you to lose fat, get fit and gain muscle.
